The price of the room is valid for 2 people.
For single use we offer 4 EUR discount from the price.

Prices of the accommodation are given in Euro.

The room rate contains:
- breakfast,
- free WIFI,
- welcome drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktail),
- free use of Cotton Fitness room.

The rate contains the VAT, but does not contain the tourist tax.
Tourist tax: 4%

PARKING:
There is a secure parking garage not far from us (1 minute), where you can leave your car under cover with a 24 hour safekeeping. Additionally, our guest get a 50% discount from the total price. (For furher information please, contact us.)

CANCELLATION POLICY OF THE COTTON HOUSE:

Cancellation will only be accepted by fax or e-mail.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged..
